CAREFULThis is not luxury Most amenities are broken / down half of the time..1. I HAVE not had AC FOR 2 Months DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.( Still am waiting to hear back on when I will get this fixed. I have not had any accommodations, and feel like I am wasting money. Paying for a luxury apartment without any of the promised Amenities.2. My deadbolt lock literally fell out when I initially moved in ( not a huge issue, but has added to the list of discrepancies since moving in March of 2022)3. Back door was keyed with wrong key and had to get fixed 3 months into me living here.Fix and properly maintain your units and amenities, so your clients can have properly functioning appliances that work. Its not fair for the consumer / renter to deal with this. I understand things happen, but to not have AC during the summer / hottest months of the year is ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. No rent waivers or reimbursements ****, I had to make the rolling AC Work and get installed properly.* Will continue to update this review as my lease goes through March of 2023 unfortunately.Wish I could get the amenities I pay $1686 a month for. Is working air conditioning too much to ask for?As of 9/10/2022 I still have no AC. When ******** just had 100 degree plus heat wave. I have been offered $500 in concessions when rent is $1686 and I have been without AC FOR 2.5 months.
