I have reached out to NW Family Psychology for an autism evaluation for my son. I chose *************** as she was the soonest available. *************** was very nice during appointments, reason why i am giving this business a 2 star and not 1 star review. Everything after evaluation has been a poor experience. I was told i will have the evaluation report within 4-6 weeks after the last appointment, which was 12/12/22. After 6 weeks, i started calling the office weekly for an update. The receptionist told me she would check with *************** then give me a call back. Noone ever called me back. After 5 weeks of calling and not getting any updates or call backs, i went to the office. The receptionist tried telling me that she called me back. When i asked when?, she said i talked to you several times. Her talking to me when I am the one calling repeatedly for updates is not calling me back. She was very tone deaf to my concern of being on a deadline to apply for benefits for my son. She would visibly roll her eyes and scuff whenever i respectfully voiced my frustration.She offered an appointment to see the Dr which i took since that seamed the only way to get any information on my sons case. The Dr emailed me regarding an appointment so i was able to directly communicate with her via email. She apologized for the delay and assured me i would have the report the following week, which didnt happen. She called for an update on my son since its been 2.5 months since she saw him at that point. After the call, which was on a Sunday, i was told i would have the report the next day, which didnt happen either. I emailed few days later asking about it and never got a reply. I called the office again and got the same answer-someone will give you a call back then ***** did. I finally called the dr on her personal phone since she called me from it and left a voicemail asking about the report. I received it on 3/8. I also paid privately for this evaluation, not through insurance.
