      On December 19 2022 I placed an order for 5 gift baskets. On 2 of the gift baskets I paid and extra $9.95 for the package to be delivered on the 23rd right before Christmas. Its now the 26th and the packages have still NOT arrived. I reached out to customer service to be reimbursed for the additional amount I paid for expedited shipping but Gifttree is refusing to provide a refund because the delay was weather related. Im not sure how that makes sense. Its pretty simple. If I pay for a package specifically to be delivered on a specific day and its not, I should be reimbursed for the amount I payed for the specific day shipping. Im not understanding how they feel comfortable with handling business in this unacceptable manner.

      We do sincerely apologize for the delays, because these are weather related and beyond anyones control we generally are not able to reimburse for delays of this nature.  This is outlined in our Shipping FAQ. We will honor your request to be refunded the $9.95 per package, a total refund of $21.65 has been returned to your account and you will see this within 3-5 banking days.   Please note that the gift card that was previously issued for these weather delays has been canceled.

      Three weeks ago I began receiving daily emails from GiftTree.com soliciting their products. I tried to unsubscribe but the option to do so doesnt work. I chatted with a customer service rep last week and then called directly a couple of days ago to request that they stop sending me emails. As of today December 11, 2021 the emails continue, I received another one this morning.

      I have sent a gift package using this service called gifttree, I live in the UK and sent a plant and chocolate box to my friend in US I used the same day delivery feature and spent 114 USD, by friend never received the package and I felt like a total fool. There is no way to contact them as they doesn’t receive any calls, I was on the phone for nearly 20 minutes (calling from UK) and no one called, this seems to be a fraudulent business as they updated on their website that the gift have been delivered (which is totally false). I would like to receive my money back and also the stress caused to me and embarrassment needs to be compensated. This is the order no is *****************

After speaking with the shop manager, they had spoken with their driver who said that someone at the delivery address received the basket on 9/15 between 4-5pm local time.
