      We contracted Platnum Roofing over 6 months ago, we gave them a deposit and was told they would contact us with a start date. They didn't contact us for a date, they said our check bounced and needed another, we contacted our bank and they had cashed our check already and tried to cash it a second time. So they apologized and scheduled a start date. They did not show up. We contacted them again, no response for weeks. When we get in touch they said a family member was sick, okay, reschedule. No show, no call, nothing. We try again for a few weeks another excuse and they say they will be there again. No show. We decided to be done with the company and contact L and I and come to find out they are no longer insured to work in WA state and have done this to other people. They were licensed when we contracted them but now are not and will not return any calls. I don't know if they are still contracting customers. They have a PO Box listed as the company address. We found another business address through a former employee, who they said was fired because he stole money from the company but we had no problem finding that employee because he actually answers his phone and he said he did not steal and left Platnum Roofing because they did not pay him his salary. This is a total scam company and I hope no one else has to deal with this and loose money. We are still working on finding out if we can get our deposit back somehow.

      Completely non responsive. Had our roof replaced. Issues with professionalisim as soon as we signed our contract with lack of communication and so many excuses! Roof was done however they pulled our siding out too far so the roof line by the siding looks like c*** I told the project manager at the time and there was nothing they could do to fix it but nail the siding to the shingles. The workers that were on the project did not seem experienced. Once we paid never recieved an invoice or warranty information. I gave the owner 3 months to email me a simple reciept, texting and calling multupul times a week and still nothing. Again excuse after excuse. I have also asked him to come look over the job since there were a few issues i addressed to the project manager that were brushed over. Honestly this was my last resort. I never want to leave a bad review but he leaves me no choice. I also referred a good friend who paid half down in cash and she's getting the SAME excuses as i did. It's been 3 months and they haven't even started her job.Sometimes paying a little more may be worth it rather then the hassle of all this shady unprofessional we paid over ***** for this new roof

      We hired them to put a new roof plywood and shingles. They also put mold application and installation. The roof has gone bad and the whole roof has molded and is sinking in. ****** came out after months of calling and said they would fix the issue, there was nothing but excuses of why they could not show up. Then we hear back after 2 months saying ****** no longer works for them. Then ****** texted back once asking for the address and never responded. The roof is less than a year old,.

      I hired *************************, owner of Platinum Roofing, to do complete tear off and re-roofing for 3 separate commercial roofs. I signed a contract with the company on Jan. 7, 2022. The job was supposed to begin March 24 2022. At the time I signed the contract, ****** asked for around a 30% down payment which came to $34,620. When it was time to start the project, nothing was done. After weeks of being put off we finally had a portion of materials delivered that looked like they were left over from another job. From there, when it was time to start the project, ****** gave me excuse after excuse why he had not got the project started. Eventually ******'s father ********************* who owns his own company, brought in his own crew and got 1/2 the first roof completed. Platinum Roofing employees had also left tools and materials all over the unfinished 1/2 of the roof which in turn led to leaks in the buisiness below. At this time, we needed to start on the 2nd roof. ****** was then paid an additional $20,000. This is were everything got exponentially worse. First, the job again. was started later than the original date I was given. When it finally got under way, ****** had the roof torn off and did not make anything water tight which has led to water leaks that have caused damage to the floors and walls inside the building and has forced the tenants to temporarily close there business which has still yet to be reopened. I then had another company tarp the roof and make it water tight including having sub pumps running for any water build up. After the tarps were in place ****** then showed with up people with no one knowing and proceed to unplug and damaged the sub pumps, cut holes in the tarps. He, or someone with him then broke into the building through a 2nd story window and rummaged around. I now have had to hire another company to fix all the damages caused by Platinum Roofing and to complete the job. The 1st roof remains 1/2 completed and the 3rd roof has not been started.

      I had the Platinum roofing company put a roof on my house due to leaking roof. Had a lot of rotting wood on my roof and eves that were suppose to be replaced by what was said in the contract. They finished the job and said that my warranty would be available in 30 days after payment. Noticed later that there was still some rotting wood around the eves and bracing. Also never received warranty after 30 days. Tried calling them and they responded and but never came by. Tried calling multiple times and they won't respond.
