I am beyound upset with the management team and the employees that answer the phone on 1/18/24 between the times of 11:30a to 12:02p. I have been in the customer service industry for over ***** and have never received the customer service like this in my life. I ordered dinner for my kids last night $50. worth of food. Jimmy johns called back, very nice man. said I am sorry his driver called out. That he would refund me the money. I wait for the next day no refund. I call back talk to someone who said let me talk to your manager. She was extremely rude by this she said she can not give me a refund but she can give me an instore credit.. she would not let me talk, she spoke over me and then when I asked for her name, she said would you like the credit, I said I would like your name please she then ignored me and asked me again and then hung up on me. I called back she hung up on me 6 more times. Finally answered again and said I was harassing her, I said I am not harassing you, I am documenting this for my records and I would like to know who I am speaking with and you said you were the manager. She then hung up on me again. I said look I am a single mom, trying to by my kids dinner, I understand you do not have a driver I would just like my money back. I told her I was going to put a complaint in to the franchise she did not care, she said do what you have to do. Getting a store complaint would be the last thing I would ever want. Why would I want a store credit after you just treated me this way. I want to take my buisess else where. I also want to tell others about the poor expiernece I had with your staff. I am a single momma on one income, just trying to get my kids dinner. I get you didn't have staff to bring it, I am totally understanding of that but when you staff tells me I am going to get a refund. i call back the next day because I didn't and then this lady tell me she can only give me a credit.
