Hello. We have a kitten that we pre-paid her vaccinations at a cost of $180. We received the first set. In the CARBON COPY paper it listed variable weeks to return for booster to finish off the package. We were also told we would receive a call and email reminding us. We received NO reminder and when it finally came to our attention we called them to see what we could do.My wife called first and the person was very rude and told her basically we'd need to start over AND start over on cost! Then hung up on her. So I called and asked for a manager. Explained in detail and she said no you don't have to start over BUT the 2 shots would need to happen later after the next shots at a cost of $50-70 ADDITIONAL. Why should we occur this additional cost when they said they'd remind us. I tried to address the rudeness of their employee to my wife. They ignored and just offered to recoup the services not rendered. This doesn't solve anything and leave a kitten without her shots. The she hung.
