    I have a 14 year old chihuahua missing most of her teeth. Their vet prescribed pills half the size of an adult pinky finger. Even crushed, it's too much powder for my dog to ingest at one time. Meds are supposed to be taken at one time, on an empty stomach twice a day. When I picked up the pills I specifically asked the receptionist if they were small like her thyroid meds. Her response was "they are micro". According to this vet, micro has different meanings for different people, however no one would ever call these pills micro. They are huge definitely impossible for a toothless chihuahua to take. After I called and complained to April, a vet tech, she stated they had a liquid form there that should have been what we were given. She called the liquid script into the online pharmacy and I picked it up. However now this vet and administration is trying to make me pay the $125 for the pills prescribed to my dog in error and that the receptionist clearly misrepresented when selling to me. The vet said there was obviously some miscommunication on all sides and I still have to pay for the meds. No miscommunication on my part. I clearly asked if they were small enough for my toothless dog to take and their receptionist should have asked someone if she was unsure.Their vet clearly made an error when prescribing these meds and their receptionist should have checked her facts when I asked. I have tried reaching out to the clinic director who will not speak with clients. Let me also mention I did run my card and I did sign for these meds, but according to ***** there was something wrong with their credit card system and the charge didn't go through so they want me to come back in and pay for their mistake.Their staff should be more informed about medication they are handing out to clients. They should be responsible for their mistake.

    they have terrible customer service they leave you hanging on the phone for long periods of time and then when they pick up they say please hold once again .I asked for an email 4 hours ago she promised it would be within the hour it's now been 4 hours .I also spoke with a veterinarian about my dog's surgery and I told her the prices were way ****** priced I couldn't afford it she kept going on repeatedly hearing me tell her that the prices were too high and she kept telling me well if he needs any more things done then that would be an add-on no how can you add on if you can't afford it ?I just feel like the customer service needs more training and the veterinarians need more training to listen to what their patients are trying to talk to them about and be more reasonable and be more reasonable about their price because they are way ****** priced .
