I had brought my dogs there several times for services. It's unsanitary for a veterinarian and my dogs got sick just being there. During the time I was receiving "services" they offered a payment plan which I later learned was a scam. They charged $75 as a fee just to use this so called plan and all of the prices on the plan were purposely marked up 50% above market value to make it appear like they were giving a deal when you signed up.In the agreement is clear wording that I have the right to terminate the plan at any time and then pay any remaining balance of services used but at the falsely inflated prices. When I tried to terminate the plan and just be done with these horrible people, they refused. I tried 4 or 5 times and even quoted the signed document but they refused to cancel the plan unless I paid them several hundred dollars up front. The agreement does not say anything about paying before termination so I refused. I told them plainly many times that I would be happy to settle the remaining balance as soon as they terminate the plan as I requested and have the right to do. They continued to refuse termination.I've seen this same kind of scam before where they refuse to cancel the agreement so that they can load up a bunch of extra fees and then send it to collections so it appears like i owed more than was agreed upon. I'm certain they will continue to do exactly this and I'll have to fight with the credit agency to get it removed as it's not valid and I attempted to pay the bill many times but I can't pay it if they won't cancel the recurring payments.I have already locked my cards so they can't steal more money from me but it should be illegal to manipulate the credit system and collections agencies like this.Their entire staff is wholly incompetent and unable to understand the very documentation they're providing. I assume it comes from their parent company which is why they don't know anything about it. They just sucker people into it.Initial Complaint

We requested to cancel our puppy plan. Were advised that cancelling our plan entailed paying the actual cost of services provided and that if we paid less than the services provided a payment would be necessary if the plan was cancelled. We were advised we paid a total of $835 and the cost of the services provided was $640.87. We asked for a refund for the remaining $194.13. The companion refused.Customer response

This concern remains unresolved. I've reiterated the necessity for clear and proper allocation of my payments, emphasizing my right to be informed about their application. I've also referenced the highlighted portion of the contract, stating my responsibility for the actual non-discounted cost of services upon termination. Given the overpayment for the services, a refund is owed for the remaining credit.Customer response
