I am living in a rental.this company has been hired to fix my flooring. They show up without notice a a couple occasions. On November 15, 2021 one of the employees not only showed up at my apartment without my knowledge. He came into my apartment while I was sleeping. I woke up to him coming into my living room. He had been in and out of my apartment multiple times while I was sleeping. I still have no idea how he got into my apartment. No one will answer me. I would like you and others to know. They are essentially breaking and entering into people's homes.

      Hello-

We were contracted out by the management company that manages this specific unit. From the very beginning of this job it was chaotic. We were working directly with the management company to have the work done. We had scheduled the job and were scheduled to be here about a week because of the duration of the job.we had advised the management Comapny to have the tenants move out so that we could complete the job quicker and more efficient for the tenant, however the tenant declined. I asked the management Comapny many times if the tenant knew we would be on site and they assured me they did. We in no way Ever break and enter homes, we are a professional Comapny that strives for communication. That is simply not what happened and not true. The tenant knew we were to be there all that week of the 15th and my subcontractor was trying to get the work done. The only way he would have been able to get into the house was if it was unlocked because he did not have keys. So therefore maybe he had assumed no one was home when he knocked and announced himself and no one answered him as he knew we were scheduled to do that job that day.If anything, this was a misunderstanding on the tenants part as the management company and the tenant knew we were to be there on Monday the 15th of November. We ended up cancelling the job because the tenant was being very difficult and not allowing us to finish the job.
