On October 21st, 2021, my husband, ***********************************, and I, ***********************************, hired *********************, owner of Walla Walla Landscaping to remove our back patio, and repour a load bearing patio for the hot tub we were ordering. The bid included a ten year warranty for the full job. They took responsibility to run irrigation in conduit from one side to the other. They also committed that they would fill the planters we ordered them to construct with rock, soil, and blue wisteria after completing drip irrigation in the planters. We paid Walla Walla Landscaping a total of $18,635.29. However, not only was a large crack down the patio visible before the hot tub ever arrived, but also, irrigation was cut but never connected, and our planters were never connected to irrigation nor were they filled with anything. We tried reaching out to them on 20 different occasions. The ways we reached out to the business included by phone, phone messages, emails, texts, and in person. The last in-person visit ended with ********************* hitting his fist on his front desk counter in front of his employee and me, yelling something at me, and walking away with his employee, leaving me alone at his front desk. Never has the business tried to resolve the problem. The final invoice was dated November 1st, 2021.
