I took my car to get it checked out because it was making a weird noise, In September 2023 Rojos auto told me to buy a alternator and I purchased one through **** on September 7th, 2023, for$83.52. In October Rojos auto told me it was the transmission that was bad and stated that they were capable of doing the transmission work, I agreed to allowing them to replace the transmission, but the work could not start until I paid $3,632.11 on top of the $83.52. I understood things were going well, I stopped in to check on my car in November, but the transmission still had not arrived same thing happened in December all the way until February 2024. I finally heard from Rojos auto and they said they did not have to equipment to pair the new transmission to the cars computer and decided to take it to the dealership and according to Rojos auto they wanted to charge me an extra $800 so I declined that and went and picked my unfinished car, I decided to take my car to the same dealership Dodge Chrysler in *********, they are needing more info on the transmission, so I went to get an itemized statement from Rojos auto and they refused to get my paperwork to me, because the mechanic said that total amounts are going To differ from what I was quoted and what I paid. I spent in total $3,724.63 and got my car back in worse shape than I took it in, my taillight was busted, and the dashboard had been tampered with and scratched up and there refusing to give me an itemized statement. I do not believe this is a legit shop and I do not believe these workers are certified. I want them to be held accountable for lack of trust and horrible work ethic and I some kind of payback and my itemized statement.
