I saw that Red Rock Credit that stated they would have you ready to buy a home in 4 months or your money back. And after speaking to a representative by the name of *********************, signed up on 3/19/2021. I paid $997 up front BEFORE any work was done. I also had to commit to getting a subscription at *********.com for $27.99 plus tax monthly. I reached out to them on 4/19/2021 because I received a letter from Equifax asking for proof of identity and wanted to know if I should send the letter to them or send in the proof. I got no response. I reached out May 24, 2021 because I was seeing no progress and at this point, it was 3 months later. I was told get my credit usage down. Ok then I asked her to confirm the length of the program to which the response was We work for you until you are where you need to be and score ready!July 27, 2021, I reached out to them again because I have been a client since March and Im seeing no movement and there has been no activity, dispute letters or anything sent since June 24 and no work had been done for over a month so no progress was made. I was asked which company I was with because they handled more than one repair company (???). I advised it was Red Rock. I didnt get a response for 2 days. When I did get a response, it stated the following Yes I had your account pulled up yesterday I think we must have missed each other! I do see your rounds going out this month!I contacted them again Jan 7 2022. I stated the following Hello. I signed up almost a year ago. This program has unfortunately not worked for me. When I signed up, I was told about a money back guarantee and would like to request this. What do I need to do please? $1000 is too much to pay to be in the same situation as when I began and I am very disappointedI got no response. No matter who I reached out to, I never got a response except for when they messaged me saying my program has ended and I could continue for $99 monthly on 3/9/22.
