I booked a stay at Holiday Lodge Wenatchee for 12/30-12/32 in 2023. The one night stay cost $115.77. Upon arrival of the motel room, it was immediately clear that the photos posted of their motel was intentionally staged. The photos of their rooms were not an accurate representation of what we received. The outside door did not lock and the connecting room door handle was broken. These two problems deemed the room unsafe and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying the night. The bathroom was falling apart and disgusting. The shower tub did not have a proper drain and would not drain the water after a shower. The toilet wouldnt properly flush as well. Overall the status of the bathroom was in very poor condition. The biggest problem was the safety issue as the area around motel didnt feel safe either. I addressed my issues to the motel staff and they couldnt offer a refund or partial refund. The manager wasnt there and I wasnt allowed to get her contact info. All I could do was write my name and number and wait for a call which I never received. I ended up booking another hotel which had a good outcome. But the price of this motel is outrageous. $115 for one night for no safety nor cleanliness is absolutely insane.
