I stayed one night at Wenatchee Quality Inn, I checked in on 2/16 and checked out on 2/17. I was told the price would be $113.69 including taxes for my 1 night stay. I was charged a total of $308.41 over two different transactions and received a receipt for $227.38 after checkout. I have been in contact with front desk staff and quality inn corporate, both gave me the email of the *** I have sent them multiple emails and received no replies. I am looking for a refund of the $194.72 that was overcharged.Initial Complaint

March 2, 2023 at 319pm I searched to stay at Cedars Inn closest to the hospital my dad was in. When I received confirmation it said it was for a different hotel called Quality Inn wenatchee. I immediately called one minute later at 320 and explained what had happened. The gentleman said it happened before and he understood and would cancel the booking when they received it with no penalty. Later that evening while in the *** at hospital I got a call from a TA stating they got the request and they just had to confirm with hotel. He said he would email me. They said they couldn't verify with hotel because someone else answered maybe change of shift. They needed th we namem. I couldn't understand the man's name, but it was at 320 pm. I was sent a receipt the next day that I was charged ******. This is definitely a scam since it has happened before
