I would like to file a complaint against Natalie *** ******, DBA Solstone Massage Therapy, License #**********. We prepaid, in December of 2021 the amount of $810 for future massage therapy sessions. Ms. ****** kept cancelling our appointments for various reasons and finally asked us if we would simply like to have the balance of our prepaid amount, which was $410, returned to us. We replied YES! From that point on Ms. ****** never responded to our emails, texts or phone calls. If she is licensed through you, this complaint should be filed, and her license revoked! She has stolen from us $410 for prepaid services not rendered.
