The vehicle was purchased 6/16/2022. It was a used vehicle that did not have an "As is" tag. We test drove the vehicle and immediately thought it had no issues because that is what we were told. This was our first vehicle purchase and we wanted something that would be reliable because we just had a baby. The dealership told us the car had no problems and was never in an accident and had a clean title. We got approved for the amount of the car, ****** dollars. We put a down payment for the amount of $500 because "we had better odds of getting approved if we put a down payment". After signing the loan and getting the car, everything was fine until we decided to to look at the carfax, they never showed us one, so we took it upon ourselves to buy the carfax report. When we got the report back it came back as a salvaged title the car was in fact in a car wreck and they had "fixed" the problem by supergluing parts and zip tying the bumper. We finally decided to take the car to a mechanic after an A/T oil light came on or transmission light. What the mechanic discovered was horrific, the whole car was falling apart and they decided to tape, glue, zip tie everything to make it look like nothing was wrong. We drove this car less than a year and could barely afford to take it to a mechanic to get it looked at. We want this dealership to take responsibility for what they sold us. We have pictures of what they did to the car to make it look like a safe vehicle.
