      Bought vehicle from them 6/18/24. Check engine light flashed. In contract they were to diagnose problem told us to leave vehicle there. Picked car up next day all they did was detail car while driving home check engine light came on and stayed on. Made an appointment for them to fix couple day later we pick up car they did not provide documentation of what was done told us they replaced spark plugs. While driving home from the lot it came back on took it back to them they kept for a week. We asked for documentation again we were never provided any. We made an appointment with **** to get the car checked as they would never provide anything to us or communicate anything with us. Our appointment with **** was on 8/7 still NWP telling us car was good after we pick up from them on 7/27. Took the car to **** and they tell us it needs a brand new transmission costing 8300. Explained this to NWP told us to look around their lot for a new car but wanted to give us only 20k as trade in. We would lose 10k. GM Art said he would talk to Owner ********************** and get back to us next day. I texted him two days later as we had not heard anything he said yes owner wants to meet I will get back to you with a date. I had to text him again and he will not respond to message. Now we have a car that we can not drive as it needs new transmission immediately. NWP shop manager **** would not provide any documentation on what they did to the car after we have asked numerous times. We even spent our own money 500 taking it to **** for diagnostic and paid for service and provided evidence of transmission to NWP and GM Art. They even fired a worker the next day after we went to the lot to show them evidence as he contacted us and was trying to help us make things right. We understand ************************************************************************************************************************* respond to messages. We have not even put 500miles on it. At this point I dont trust them

      So I bought a car from nwp auto sales less that 5 months ago and not even a month in this lady at the store came up to me and told me How terrible they were and screwed her over with a faulty car. Well a few weeks ago my transmission went out on me and (I) had to tow it to them they had it for a week and I picked it up 4 days ago and my check engine came on and it is going the same thing it did the first time with the transmission.recently I have been seeing nothing but terrible reviews from them about their cars being lemon cars and working for only a certain amount of time and how the people there are very rude to their customers and pushy on them also they also have tons in people taking them to court and suing them because of this and at this point I want to take this to court cause this is my very first car I have bought and this is how it went this company is terrible and if I could give them a negative number it would definitely be a -10

      We sale good quality vehicles. We never know what can happen to a car after 5 months, the way it is maintained and driven. ******* can always trade out of it to another dealership since she did not want out help.

      Northwest Premiers I cannot even start on the frustration and the stressful situation that this business auto business put me in . Leaving my personal Credit into a whole **** . not caring about my safety offering me a 2018 ****** Ultima with a very high mileage gears Not working when putting it in park , Smoke order coming from the glove box carpet was filthy dirty with odors. Not giving me no temporary license plate no paperwork no copy nothing leaving my credit in a completely total rack With 20+ inquiries Northwest Premiers business I believe that they took a advantage and I felt very disrespectful on how they treated me leaving me in a very low damage situation. Management staff was only Concern about not returning my down payment.

      I purchased a vehicle from this lot on 1/31/24, within 1 week I had started to notice problems with the vehicle. On 2/15/24 I had the vehicle inspected at ************************************************* by an ****certified technician. They quoted me over $12,000 in repairs and notified me that the vehicle was unsafe to drive on public roads. The extended warranty through GWC that I was sold with the vehicle denied all quoted work and didn't even pay for the diagnostics. I was forced to pay $600 out of pocket and can't drive the vehicle. The reasoning behind GWC denying the work was that these issues were "pre-existing issues". These issues were never disclosed to me by Northwest Premier before my purchase. I then brought this to the attention of Northwest Premier and was told to bring the truck back to them, and they will get the work approved by GWC. I brought my vehicle to Northwest Premier on 2/17/24, after days of being ignored by phone, I went down to Northwest Premier in person. Nothing had been done with the vehicle and I was told that the issues that were quoted by the ****certified technician were not correct, yet they could not tell me what their findings were. They then offered to just trade me out of the vehicle, I found a vehicle that I liked and this time had it test-driven and thoroughly inspected at a local front-end and suspension shop, ******************* ************ Major issues were found with this vehicle as well. On 2/29/24 I spoke with the ** at Northwest Premier and asked for the vehicle contract to be bought back and my down payment be refunded to me. Not only was I told no, I was also threatened by the owner, that my truck they had requested for me to bring to them to fix, would be repossessed. I then had to go get my girlfriend, WHO IS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT! out of bed to give me a ride back to Northwest Premier to pick up this still-broken truck. I am now $30,000 in debt to a truck that can't be driven and needs over $12,000 in repairs.

      My girlfriend and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in December of 2023. The vehicle was presented in good running and driving condition. 12 hours later the vehicle needed a new CVT transmission. The dealership also did not collect proper sales tax on the purchase price of said vehicle leaving us to pay out of pocket the sales tax AND the repairs needed to make the vehicle operational. This business refuses to help in any way to make things right. We just want this transaction reversed.

      There was no inspection done on your part before the sale of the vehicle and as far as the sales tax goes l, this was never brought to our attention before signing papers. Your shady sales team forced us into a vehicle that you knew was faulty and tried to take us for an extra $1000.

      I traded in my 2010 ****** Z for a cheaper car in an emergency. The dealership took advantage of me at every chance. Car was unfit for the road brakes were bad would shake motor knocked and overheated on the freeway where I was stranded. I had the vehicle towed at the dealers lot as asked by the manager. I was lied to by the salesman manager and finance guy when they said they had my car and simply were waiting until it was seen by a mechanic. Another lie by them was a night I took off work because I was told they had an impala for me to look at in place of the one I had. That changed because the manager left early that day leaving me stranded at the car lot for hours I was informed the salesmanager they were to busy to get a ride home so I walked 4 miles home.i tried to get there help on the cheapest cars they had I was denied. They after 1 week of lies called me looking for the car which they denied receiving the tow originally. This car unknowing to me has sat collecting fees which last checked were over $1300.00 at an impound lot. I am out cab fares a tow fee impound fees they gave me a unfit for any road car that had never been inspected by anyone as I was told which the salesman and other car manager lied about. I have no car state implied warranty law was written just for crooks like this I have rights and mostly deserve to be treated fairly not taken advantage of me because I am disabled. Dealerships have a responsibility by law and I want a refund of the value of my trade in or a vehicle equivalent to the trade in value of my old car I want to be compensated for my cab tow and impound fees. This is not right I have text messages from the salesman about him wanting me to commit illegal activities which the company was informed of and he still works there.

      This place is trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My wife and I have bought 3 vehicles from them so far. The first truck had so many issues that it cost us over $7,000 in repairs. Eventually it led to needing an entire new engine rebuild.The next *** that we bought for my wife, the day after we bought it, we had to have the rear lateral arms replaced. That cost us almost $600. They also lied about putting 4 brand new tires on the *** before selling it to us. It had 2 newer tires, and 2 that were so bald that my wife slid around on the slightest rain. We traded in the truck that needed an entire new engine, in hopes that the company would make it right and give us a better vehicle, and make up for their jack ****** with the first 2 vehicles. Less than a month of owning the truck we have now, and it was already leaking oil. We did take this truck to a really good mechanic before purchasing it. They unfortunately couldn't find the leak, because NWP hid it. It was the engine oil cooler lines leaking, and they had thrown a PIG blanket (shop rag) around them, wrapped it so many times so that way the oil would absorb into it and no mechanic would see it. Those lines you couldn't see from the top of the engine because of so many things blocking them. From bottom you couldn't see them either because the skid plate blocked the lines. We are furious. We had to have my wife's dad help us fix the lines and save us the over $900 it would've cost us to have a ******** them, as this was a non warranty covered part. We are ******, annoyed, and that place needs to be shut down. If you read up about this place, you'll see nothing but the negative reviews. You can't even post a ****** review anymore, because they disabled the review process because of how many bad reviews they were getting. Art, the manager is terrible. The worst manager I've ever seen. His employees, if you can even call them that, are even worse. They all pretend to not know about what's going on with their vehicles.

      I am rejecting this response because the company has failed to make this right in any way. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them that had issues. They should have to pay us for all repairs we had to do on each vehicle. They lied about every vehicle being in good condition and they hid major issues on the vehicles, to where even good mechanics could not find the issues. If NWP does not make this right then I will continue to file for a class action lawsuit against them for fraud. They alternator pulley is also going out and now we have to pay for that to be fixed which will cost us another $600 or more. Again, not covered under the warranty they sold us. I am already gathering other people that have been wronged by this company and we are getting all our information together from the repairs we all had to do on our vehicles bought from NWP. There will be legal actions taken to get this company shut down for good until they make things right.

      I paid a deposit on a vehicle of ******** dollars. When I arrived on a Thursday morning to see the vehicle I saw that the leather wrap on the dash was bubbling and pulling away from the dash. A defect I was never informed about in the multiple phone conversations with the dealership or the original photos provided by the dealership on the web site (the new photos posted now do show the defect). I did not move forward with the purchase of the vehicle, and I asked for my deposit to be refunded. I was told it would take 72 hours for a refund to be issued. Four business days later, I called and talked to the sales manager, *******************. He said he would call me back in one hour regarding the status of the refund. He did not return my call. I have since called multiple times and have been hung up on or told someone will call me back. No one bothers to call back. At no time was I informed that if I gave a deposit that it would not be returned. Intil, I received the receipt via picture text on my phone stating no refunds on deposits.

      Since I first went and purchased my vehicle I have had several issues. One being the windshield cracked and having to get replaced and details done on the car being that the owner of the dealership was driving it as his own. I went to take it back and wasted 6 hours thinking it was being fixed went back to get my car and was told it was never even touched. I was very frustrated to find this out since I was never told thiss even though I texted the dealership checking in on my car throughout the day with NO response on August 21st and they were expecting me to just leave my car over night as if it was no problem that there was NO communication. I ended up leaving it overnight having to drive another hour and a half to go get my car again and got told Id have to go back another time to get the wheels fixed which was also supposed to be done that day? Now my bank is calling me saying the car payment is behind but it hasnt even been the 45 days yet I have been trying to get ahold of the dealership and they say they will call back and get it handled but nothing has got done now Im having to pay a late fee do to the lack of communication from the employees and have been lied to throughout this whole purchase of my vehicle. Their are multiple people in the same spot as me with this dealership SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THEM.
