8/25/23 I booked a Tuna Fishing trip through Deep Sea Charters. I paid $501 using my credit card. The 9/20/23 trip was cancelled because of weather. Per their policy, I have requested a refund 3 times. I have not receive even an acknowledgement of my request. I am not alone in this problem. See the attached document.Initial Complaint

I booked a tuna trip that was cancelled 2 times by the company. The second time I was told my refund would be processed the next day. It has now been ****************************************************************************************************************** Everytime I call that it will get handled the next day. They are able to process the refund the same.way they took the payment and do it immediately since they cancelled the trip.
