Purchased a set of motorcycle luggage from their website for $956.28. Received items and needed to return as they would not work as listed for my motorcycle. Filled out RMA on their site and shipped item back to them. - Item was received back to them on April 5th. Did not receive any communication from them, so reached out on the 9th via email, and was told they would get an update from their warehouse and they would contact me back. They never contacted me back.-On April 15th I sent another email no response.-The evening of the 18th again sent another response, which was replied to on the 19th asking for tracking information as they said warehouse never received item (now 10 days after the fact). Sent email with tracking information showing it was signed for by them on the 5th (now 14 days later).-Then have returned my emails since this, and have not refunded my purchase.-They have had the returned items for over two weeks and have given no indication they have initiated a refund.My original purchase which as not been refunded is $956.28, as well as I paid $26.72 to ship the items back to them.
