I canceled my subscription for All Property Management in 2021. In October of 2022 I noticed that my card was being charged for the service every month even though I had canceled the service. For the next four months I was told that the problem was resolved only to have another charge appear on my bank statement the following month. Finally in Jan, 2023 the extra charges stopped. Since that time I have contacted APM at least monthly about these extra charges only to be told that they were working on it. ************************* last contacted me April 7th of this year to tell me they would resolve the issue. I have reached out three more times since then and not gotten a response.Business response

We take great pride in our commitment to customer success, and we want to make sure all of our customers have a positive and helpful experience. We are genuinely sorry for the long process this has taken. Our payments team issued a check for a total of $2500 on May 8th, 2023, and sent you an email notification on the same day. Please note that the process can take 23 weeks to complete, so if you have not received the check in the mail yet, keep an eye on your mailbox over the next week or so.
I understand this process has not been easy and as quick as we would expect. We at APM and Buildium always try to do right by our customers. We appreciate your time with APM and wish you the best of luck in your new endeavors.

I was approved for Section 8 on 3-21-2022 and I overpaid the amount of $3020. and have to pay only $235.00 a month and they took out over $1400.00 in one month. Devide $235.00 into $3020.00== **** months.they claim the ledger is correct and taking $700. instead of $235.00. I would like someone to help me out and correct this and make things rightBusiness response
