      Original Date of Transaction: 3/14/24 Updated Interaction with Business: M-Th Week of May 20th Order held with credit card - **** ******* **** On 3/14/24 I called Bark King - ************ spoke to ***** the office manager and order 28 yards of medium red bark to be delivered before Memorial Day and held with credit card. Discussed timing due to Cherry blossom tree dropping petals. I heard nothing from them and started calling the week of 5/20/24 for an update. I called 4 times, emailed twice, left 2 messages and NEVER received a call back. Finally got her on the phone and instead of admitting a mistake and attempting to work on a resolution she straight LIED that I never made an order. This is false, she was rude, competitive and dishonest. I have proof even going through my phone records to prove this (see attached). My husband went in on Friday to speak to the owner in a calm rational way and she was threatening and aggressive for no reason. She is the gate keeper of the phone and email, so refuses to let the owner know that we would like a call back an acknowledgement of the horrible experience and lack on ownership. This was a fraudulent and unethical business practice. Had they said in March they couldn't service this I would have had time to call and schedule with another company. I called to all other local blow in bark places on Wed 5/22/24 and was told they are booked out until September which is unacceptable to get new bark. Bark King put us in this situation and should make good on their business commitment especially as we have been a customer for years. The owner needs to call us an acknowledge the unprofessional and unethical business practice of his team. It is fraudulent to accept an order and then default on their portion of the commitment because an employee failed to do their job. The aggressive behavior and immediate jump to lying only perpetuated a situation which could have been resolved. Any assistance is appreciated.

      I went to call her after the order was placed and the same number was disconnected. I emailed her 12 days later as a final attempt to confirm the order and her email she gave bounced. 12 days after the order was received, I shredded the card and cancelled the order as I had no way, bark king had no way of contacting her. 

       

      Mrs. ****** started calling our office in May demanding we call her back, claiming we had not called her back yet with an installation date. I was searching everywhere trying to find her order, not recalling at that time where her order had gone. My assistant Deshawn took the message. On day 2, when Mrs. ****** called, I answered and let her know I in fact had the message on a sticky note on my phone and was still looking for her order and would call her back. The next day, her husband arrived unannounced in our office, which is on private property, not open to the public accusing us of not serving them. I still had not found the order (because it was in the cancellation file filed away, the credit card had been shredded way back in March due to no response from Mrs. ******) after I attempted to contact her many times by phone and email unsuccessfully. I not only tried calling the same phone we had in our system from the year prior we did their job, i also emailed her at the email she gave when we took the order this year, it bounced back. Please see the proof which I have uploaded. Her husband and her were ruthless. Everything they have accused me of, they actually did to me, I had a witness here and our call was recorded. I documented the entire event and sent the entire incident in writing to the owners of Bark King.

      The entire call I was on with Mrs. ******, I continued to repeat I would get back to her, she states I was rude because I would not give her the answer, she was demanding I give her. 

       

      When the husband was here growling at me and belittling me in front of my employee on our private property, I continued to thank him every time he insulted me. He is the one who was rude and demanding, He was hurling insult after insult, accusation after accusation.
