SCAM-FIA! I was diagnosed as electromagnetically sensitive several years ago. I went to SHI expecting, as I was told by SHI, for it to be a safe place to receive treatments for my specific diagnosis. "Safe" meaning, no cell phones, no wi-fi, and no smart technology in the buildings or treatment rooms for the safety of affected clients. However, when I arrived, every staff member, as well as most of the clients, had a cell phone on their person and one staff member was even wearing a smart watch in the treatment room. I traveled from another state relying on information given by SHI that there would be no cell phones allowed at the clinic, as the building is a faraday cage (where EMF's, if inside the building, are trapped inside and harm those who inhabit the space).I was assigned to ************ who charged $350/hour. At my second appointment with *****************, I explained that there were cell phones everywhere, which made it unsafe for me to be there, as well as a staff member in the IV room was wearing a smart watch. I was informed by ***************** that ************************ was out of town and that "this would not be happening", if he were there. ************ then proceeded to type an email to the staff, during my appointment time and billed me $350/hour for the time she spent typing the email to inform the staff that they needed to follow protocol.I spent a week at SHI and unfortunately things did not improve. I finally had to request to be placed in a room alone just to try to get away from the cell phones and smart watches. I deeply regret not just turning around and going home. I spent around $5,000 in one week on appointments with ************ and the outrageously priced treatments. I did try to follow the protocol spending an additional $5,000 on supplements, etc. because I felt that I needed to at least try what they recommended. I never improved and actually got worse, and after several months of taking their ridiculously expensive supplements, I had to stop. I knew that I could never return to the clinic, since they did not even follow their own guidelines, so it was ludicrous for me to continue spending $1,000 or more a month on their supplements.I have thought many times of writing ************************ a letter explaining my experience, but more than anything I feel that I need to warn others that this is just a scam and an over priced rip-off disguised as a health clinic. There was nothing healthy about my experience and they do not practice what they preach, as they saying goes. I personally found it appalling that ************ sat in front of me and composed an email during my appointment time and billed me $350/hour for the time it took her to write and send an email out to the staff. I was so sick and symptomatic from all of the radiation emitting devices in their faraday cage building, that I could not stand up for myself, as I went immediately into fight or flight.I have a serious health issue which SHI allegedly recognizes and treats. My sensitivity causes me to experience debilitating symptoms and instead of improving during my time there, I only got worse, and also became more disheartened. I have wished many times over the past 2.5 years that I had that $10,000 back, but hopefully others can learn from my mistake. Do not believe what they tell you over the phone or email because it is not true! Do not be fooled into traveling long distances and spending your life savings on treatments that don't work from people who don't care. I am disgusted at the "care" I received and the exorbitant prices they have the audacity to charge their clients.Since that time, i've been seeing a wonderful naturopath for over two years, who charges 1/10th the price for the same treatments and IV's. I have improved with help and support from someone who gives a **** about me and my health. Someone who is not just there to overcharge and under deliver. Shame on you SHI, what you are doing is scamming people, regardless of your online presence and all of your hype, hence the name Scam-fia! So disappointing!!!
