On 1/9/23 my wife was contacted by the technician that he was coming to service our home. He contacted her about 9;30 am to let her know that he was leaving the currant location for our home . I was home and decided to wait for the tech to do his job. I wait till 10:55 and called the tech. He tells me he was at our home at 9:30 am and serviced our home. I inform him that I have cameras and not one picked up any motion. Then he said that there is a tracker in the vehicle and could show he was there. I reminded him again that not one of my cameras picked up any motion. I decided to call Eastside office. I explained what happened and that I was not happy and wanted to talk to a boss. They took my information telling me someone would get back to me, because they (the boss) was not in his office. I again told the person I was very unhappy and please text me first before the call. Waited one hour, no response.This is fraud. Services promised and not delivered.Business response

This customer concern has been addressed with the technician. The service managers have called and spoken to the clients to make sure their concerns were taken care of.

So, this is so odd. I had this company come out in Nov of '21. They did an inspection (I think for termites). AFAIK, they didn't find anything. I didn't buy any service from them at that time. Now, 10/22 I have a rat in my crawl space. I make an appt for the $99 inspection. The next day I see a phone msg saying they can't service me and cancelled the appt. I call back asking why. I get passed on to another person and that person cannot tell me why -- just that there was a note from the technician in November that said they will not provide service. That's it. No info about why. WTH?! I feel completely black listed for no reason.Business response

Due to the construction of the home the work needed is outside of our scope of work as noted last year in 2021 by **************. There are times where we have to do the right thing when we know we cannot help and hope you find a company better suited to your needs.
