      I bought a new car from ************** as well as adding an extended warranty coverage on the vehicle. Shortly after purchasing the new vehicle, I was having some engine issues and took the car to get fixed at friendly Automotive. They not only didn't fix or check the issue the warranty company directly told them to fix, they laughed at me when I asked to make this right after paying for their services. I have not had a running vehicle for over a month. The warranty company states that Friendly Automotive needs to fix their mistakes and they have yet to so nor have they answered any of my calls. My livelihood depends on my ability to drive.

      I am going to include the two emails (not enough room, but I am happy to share all conversations) I sent to him recapping conversations with no response. He has sent me messages via face-book to try and get me not to make it public. Felix Rifa of Friendly Automotive. Now, after my family's experience I have spent some time reading his reviews. So many mentions of credit card fraud and charging for unrelated repairs. Accountability is absent.This email sent 1/9 @ 7:12am Felix,You clearly do not care about ethical business. I have gone over this whole situation multiple times. I have gone over your invoices and our conversation. The only thing that answers every question is your lack of accountability for taking advantage of ****** and ***********First off, you should have never sold her a shutter. You know it and *** knew it. That part, even removed or completely destroyed, does NOT affect the drivability of her car. You and all of the employees I spoke to admitted the presence of an evaporation system fault and chose to wrongfully advise her to take it to **** while still selling her a $1000.00 repair she did NOT need.After that nobody in your company would take any accountability. You then lied to me. You blatantly lied to me to try and make peace. Telling me the needed repair would be no charge due to the mistakes made prior. Yet that was not true. You previously called her elderly grandmother to secure payment under false pretenses.What should have happened is a 100% refund for the un-needed prior repair. Then the sub $400 repair performed secondarily would have been paid out of that. If it were to need any other repairs there would still have been money to pay for the next step. You know for a fact that you made a bad call and charged for a repair you should not have performed. You then charged her grandmother for a repair and lied to me and to ****** that it was no charge.

      On 07/26/2022 I took my vehicle to Friendly Automotive Selah branch to replace both driver and passenger front CV Axels and asked that should they find anything else needing repair to please call me so we can address it while the vehicle was already torn appart. I called Friendly Automotive on 07/27/2022 and ask about my vehicle and if they have found anything of concern, and am told no, that they're just finishing pulling the parts and should have it done the next day. They call on 07/28/2022 say it's done, and that I can come get it. Upon arrival, I'm informed that my Stabilizer Bar Control Link is rusted and will need repair. I questioned why I did not receive a call about it and was told that it wasn't a major problem. I paid my invoice, thanked them, and took it for a short test drive to ensure it was in working order. It was not. Clunks, and bangs, and weird noises, I take the vehicle to my regular shop, whom is booked out for weeks hence my going to a new shop, and upon inspection, find out that my Stabilizer Bar Control Link is busted. Not just rusting out like Friendly said, but my main mechanic verified that it was not rusted enough for that damage, that the damage was caused from sloppy work of removing the driver side CV ****. My mechanic also verified that it was not broken the week prior when my CV **** went out. I called Friendly Automotive and questioned again why I was not informed of the issue, and could not get a straight answer as to why I didn't get a call about it, they only repeated that it was broken when I came in. It was not. My main mechanic and shop can verify it was not broken before I took it to Friendly Automotive. Now I have to wait for my shop to get me in to fix the damage that Friendly Automotive caused, in excess to the initial repairs that Friendly Automotive so sloppily did.
