My complaint is that on June 1st I purchased a ******* from ********* at elite motors I took the vehicle back on June 4th and I informed them what Cascade lube had told me they had found metal shavings in my oil pan I took the oil and the paperwork from Cascade loop back to the dealership and I told them that I wanted a different car because the car that they sold me the engine was going to be going out any minute because it had metal shavings ********* the manager at the dealership told me that they were going to have their mechanic look at the car fix whatever was wrong and they would immediately have my car back to me my car was at the mechanic for $29 a days which is all of June when I did get my car back I was told by ********* that my vehicle had a loose s**** somewhere on top of the engine that was causing the metal shavings that it was fixed he guarantee me there was nothing wrong with it he told me that the warranty had came with the mechanic and that if anything happened I would get the engine replaced and that they would pay for it or I could trade my vehicle in I told him that I was not going to make the first payment because my engine was bad and I was not driving the car however ********* said I needed to make the first payment in order for me to get a different car I made my first payment the engine blew in the car I now have no car and the bank is telling me that I now have to wait for the dealership to approve me for another car because I was never supposed to make my first payment if my engine was bad in the car they sold me to begin with and now the owner of the dealership will not speak with me ********* will not speak with me and all I want is to return their car and to get my money back
