I payed June 20 2023 I payed him ***** for him to fix the car but he doesnt want to return the car and know he wants me to pay him back 4000 again and he hasnt fixed the carBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns about the settlement payment and the status of your vehicle. We understand your frustration and want to address this matter promptly.
Regarding the settlement payment, we can confirm that this amount was satisfied at the ************************, in front of the court clerk, on June 07, 2024.Regarding the pick-up of your vehicle, our records indicate that multiple notices were sent via phone, and letters by JBR Motors LLC's attorny, stating that your vehicle was ready for pick-up on February 23, 2024. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, there were unsuccessful attempts to coordinate the pick-up of the vehicle by you, the client. Due to the prolonged storage of the vehicle beyond the pick-up date, stated on the letter mentioned above, JBR Motors LLC initiated a storage fee of $45 per day.
