I purchased a ******* galaxy s7 fe 5g tablet on **** from cascade wireless llc. they claimed the tablet was ready for activation and had a clean imei. I tried to activate it with my carrier att and it would not activate. I was advised by the business to contact us cellular customer support. Upon doing this I found that the imei was not clean and had in fact been blacklisted by us cellular because the original purchaser did not pay for the device. Us cellular also stated that its totally against their agent policy for cascade wireless to be selling these devices on **** to anyone. I was advised to get the seller to replace the tablet with one that matches the description that was set forth in the **** listing. I purchased this tablet for work, for a trip I had to take on 3/1/22 to phoenix. I have contacted the seller and they claim no knowledge of this. Us cellular is conduction an investigation into this company and its practices. I want the tablet replaced with one that is as described, or a brand new 5g carrier unlocked unit. here is the link to the listing https://www.****.com/itm/165346611365Business response

This is my second response.
This is not a legitimate claim. This customer purchased a ******* Tablet from us online ******* Customer claims that this device was blacklisted, it is not. In fact, it is currently being used by one of our associates. Our **** listing all have unconditional FREE returns. The customer has returned the Tablet and has received a full refund and return shipping was at our expense.
This individual was fishing for something more, their claim is untrue, and they have abused the **** feedback system and the BBB for personal gain.

I am rejecting this response because:The buyers claims are not true. I ended up having to buy a new tablet from att after they confirmed with us cellular the tablet I was sold was blacklisted. I feel that the BBB should obtain the **** number of the tablet sold from the seller and then contact US Cellular who blacklisted the tablet to confirm its status. As to the claim that I was fishing for more, Im not sure how that works. I didnt have a problem paying full time price for a tablet I needed for work after this seller tried to s**** me over. I would suggest investigating this matter with the carrier us cellular. The seller cannot manipulate the facts since they blacklisted the tablet.
