In April of 2023 ***************************** asked for **** payment to start construction on my ******************* ******* kept telling me he would start the project in may. After may, he said he would start in June. **** came and he didnt start anything. Come July, be started taking siding off and dug a hole to start the addition of the house. During the dining process, he burst a pipe and never fixed it. He also broke my fence as well as the neighbors fence. He also broke my window that he didnt fix either. Its mid September and theres hasnt been any work done other then the digging and siding being taken off. ******* agreed to pay me my money in full for all the damages that werent fixed as well and ruining the yard because he tuned the irrigation water off and never turned it back on. Its been weekend of calls and messages asking for my money and he has been ignoring me.Business response

A full refund in the amount of $9,300.00
was returned to customer ********
******* on 9/15/2023. ****************** hired a new contractor for the property damages and was quoted the amount of $6,266.00. An amount of $6,270.00 for property damages was given to customer ******************************* on 9/27/2023.Customer response

This situation has not yet been resolved. ******* promised to fix my siding and my fence that he cut. He has continued to give me the run around. He dug a huge while without a permit. Had minors working and left me without irrigation water for 4 months.Business response

Refund of $9,300.00 was given to ****************** on 9/15/2023. $6,270.00 was given to ****************** on 9/27/2023 for property damages. Monday, 10/9/2023 irrigation and fencing items were delivered to ******************** house. Hole was filled with dirt 10/17/2023-10/18/2023. Tuesday, 11/7/2023 siding was delivered by Builders First Source.
