I started dealing with Apple State Harley Davidson the week of June 5-9 on a 2010 Harley Davidson FLHTCU-Ultra Classic Electra Glide stock #UT23114 with ****** miles. **** I talked to them Friday, June 9 I told ********************* I would call Monday to see if we had a deal at a price of $10,000 plus tax, document fee and licensing. I called Monday morning June 12 as we live in ********** before making the drive to ****** and ***** said yes we have a deal at $10,000 plus fees. I hooked up my trailer to my pick up and off my wife and I went to ****** to get the bike. **** I got there, it was ready for a test drive, which I did, and decided yes this was the bike for me. We then went in to finalize the deal as we were paying ******************** had me sign a piece of paper as to the amount. He had written $10,500 and we reminded him that the deal was for $10,000. He said oh my mistake, sorry and he went to the sales manager. **** he came back, he said oh sorry he wont go less than $11,500 plus fees or you can buy this white Harley Davidson for the $10,000 price. I told him thats not the deal we made, and we certainly wouldnt have driven and spent $100 in diesel fuel to come and dicker on a bike when I was told it was a done deal. I feel that this is a bait and switch situation, at that point we got up and left.My wife called the next day to rectify the situation and dealt with the sales manager *************************** who at first told ** that he would honor the deal so when I called him from work, he switched again and said no $11,500 after talking to ***** who said he never guaranteed the $10,000 price (lie) and then got very rude to both me and my wife on different phone calls. I do have to say my wife on her first phone call June 13 got ********************* (finance),, who was very nice and helpful. She couldnt understand why that deal couldnt have gone through. She researched the information I gave her and then got me in contact with the right people.
