NOV. 29TH I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR THE 6TH TIME AS THE 5TH TIME THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED IT WASN'T SO I BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY KEPT IT 4 DAYS SHY OF 3 WEEKS. WHEN THE GIRL BROUGHT MY CAR TO ME IT WAS DAMAGED ON THE ***** DRIVERS SIDE I IMMEDIATELY WENT AND TOLD HER AS SHE WENT TO THE SERVICE MANAGER TO TELL HER WHATEVER SHE WANTED BECAUSE THAT LADY THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND TO TAKE IT UP WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE THAT IS WHY WE PAY FOR INSURANCE THAT *** PETERSON'S WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME AS A CUSTOMER DROPPING OFF MY VEHICLE YOU CAN DESTROY AND HAVE ANYONE DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT WHILE IT'S IN YOUR CARE THAT THEIR NOT RESPONSIBLE. JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THIS....AS A PERSON I HAVE RIGHTS I'D THINK AND HOW CAN THIS BE I DROP MY CAR OFF I WANT IT BACK THE SAME WAY I LEFT IT. I'M 60 YRS OLD AND HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A ACCIDENT HAVE HAD 1 TICKET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND NOW MY DEDUCTABLE IS $500 AND I HAVE TO TURN IT IN TO MY INSURANCE???? I THINK THIS IS SO WRONG AND WHAT'S WORSE IS BEING CALLED A LIAR. I WANT MY VEHICLE FIXED SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AS WHAT RIGHTS I HAVE AND HOW A COMPANY CAN RETURN MY VEHICLE DAMAGED TO ME. To Whom it *** concern,
**************** has had her vehicle repaired here under factory warranty 5 different times from 6/2022 to 12/2022. **************** has never been charged for any repairs to her vehicle because they have all been covered under her factory warranty. **************** picked up her vehicle on her last visit here and brought some damage to our attention. Her vehicle was inspected, and her paperwork was reviewed, and 2 different Lee Peterson Motors employees had noted the damage to her vehicle as previous damage. 1 employee noted the damage at the time of write-up and the technician that worked on the vehicle noted it when he went to get the vehicle to start his work. Lee Peterson Motors is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. We have no way of knowing when or how this damage occurred. Our customer parking areas are accessible by the public and we are not responsible for any damage or loss that *** occur to a vehicle that is on our property. No different than, for example,if your vehicle is damaged while parked in a store parking lot the store is not responsible for loss or damages beyond their control either. We have no way of knowing when or how the damage to ****************** vehicle occurred, but we have 2 different employees on 2 different occasions that noted the damage as being there before the vehicle went into our shop for repairs. I am very sorry but based on the facts that we have we are not responsible for the damage to ****************** vehicle.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I know that the damage wasn't there when I left my car to them. I am outraged that the dealership has no responsibility to the damage they did or a customer did on there property. All I expected is to receive my car back in same condition as I left it, I can't believe this is going to cost me $500 to have my car fixed. How dare them and I will never let this go. I certainly can't take on a company so again shame on them.
