Took my 2012 ****** in for a rattle. They called and said power steering line was leaking (very questionable no oil on garage floor at home)and needed replaced. They did not say it cost $650 who would have thought. They also replace the front strut, keep in mind I took it in for a rattle. Over $2000.00 later I took their smart a** service manager for a ride and yes the rattle was still there. He said he couldnt hear it so I drove over some rougher road slowly it was horrible again I asked him this time I Got a yes. I told him you cant find a rattle but you can charge me $2000 for something that I no problem with when I took it in. I bought 5 cars from *** Peterson but no more. His service department *****. I wrote to them but I didnt hear a word back. THEY ****.Review from Dr. Bernie V.

After the salesman pushed me to a truck that was on sale, my wife and i took it for a test drive. We liked it enough to move forward with deal. While they ran our credit, they informed us that the price that was posted in 8" green numbers that could not honor. They raised the price over $4,000.00 claiming it was because we did not have a trade-in. No where was this discussed when they were trying to sell us this truck. We did reluctantly go through with the deal and now we are being hassled over them misplacing my down payment. ??? They are threatening legal action against me at my place of work when their contract for this sale clearly defines my down payment in black and white. They seem to be having some problems but this does not seem like a place that I would recommend. Clearly not worth the drive!Review from Hugo I

I literally had the worst day of my entire life at the Buick dealership, today. I walked out an unhappy customer-- and you can tell. I go to these places not out of dire need, but because of my dad's 10% corporate discount and my grandfather's 2017 Buick Encore. The service is way too expensive, and the wait times are longer than normal-- you can tell by the way the mechanics walk around talking to each other. I spent my entire time in ********* minding my own business being talked about and the staff letting me know that I'm not the most important customer in the entire world and that my business is not important enough here. Thank you for ruining my day and showing me how little you really care, *** Peterson.

I attempted to call and speak with you so I can find out what happened and make any necessary changes so this does not happen again to you or anyone else. When I called the first time you answered and then hung up on me. I called a second time in case it was an accident and I was sent directly to voicemail. I very upset that I was asked for the financial person that helped get my truck, to NOT run my credit when i specifically told the Sales man not to run my credit for any means. I had my reference number given from my bank because I already had a loan approved. This shouldnt have been done if they also need an authorization paper signed giving my consent to do so. Very unprofessional work with miscommunication between two people that are supposed to the best to handle their customers with the most respect possible. I will not provide names do to respect that I was taught to give, but they know who they are. Spoke to both of them already!
