I had contracted this company to open the swimming pool at our home on May 29th 2024. They came and opened the pool, sent me an invoice for $1123.02 which got paid in full from the card they had on file. There were no issues brought up at that time. But then on July 9th, the company owner sent me email with receipt that I was charged another $415.76 from the credit card they have on file for the job( pool opening ) which was already paid for. When the service guys had come to do open the pool they never said anything extra was done and there were any pending payments in addition to the $1123.02 paid I was not informed about the additional money being charged almost 5 weeks after the work was done and was paid in full When I questioned the owner about this $415.76 charge which seems fraudulent and that their practice of charging the client's credit card without giving any explanation is just completely unacceptable, the owner sent me an email that I have been rude to their staff. This company has done the same thing to multiple other customer and they have given the same reply to others who have questioned their dishonest and fraudulent practices.
