Very unprofessional to their tenants. Very unresponsive. I'm ashamed I have to rent from them. The toilet overflowed sewage and all they did was fix the clog. They didn't replace the f**** stained trim at base of walls, or do any sort of deep clean, even though the backed up sewage seeped under the walls. They raised the rent October 21' by $100, then just got notice in February 22' they are raising it another $75 on May 1st. I've had more than 5 maintenance requests completely ignored. They have overgrown trees that the neighbors complain about and even trim and cut limbs every year. I've asked multiple times for them to come trim the trees down or back. It's a 2 story house and the tree is growing over the top of the house, with large limbs, literally laying on the roof. So we get lots of extra bugs inside thanks to that. Had another toilet clog recently, as my 3 year old threw an object in there. They charged me $300 for unclogging that, and then didn't tell me. I went to pay rent online, (on time every time), and it says the $300 charge was a week overdue, but never got any notification from them, no email , text, call, or regular mail about this extra $300 they decided to charge. There seems to be no reason for a rent increase if you don't invest in the property. Getting tired of the property management companies and their monopolies on local communities. This is one of the worst in Yakima area and I unfortunately rent from them. There are others, so it's difficult making a choice as to who to rent from, as options apparently are limited, as they inflate the prices so much for a rural, not as rich community. I'm completely unsatisfied with their service.

I reviewed what you were billed and clearing the clog should not have taken that losing and we are refunding a potion of this. we have no record of the issue of any overflows not being cleaned up. You have a client portal to put in work orders, we can't fix what we don't know about.. we have no record of issue with trees, we are going to cut limbs back so they do not touch the house. We are not going to remove trees. we have no record of 5 maintenance request being ignored and I would ldlike to know about it if you can show us where you made the request. Please use the client portal or email us so we have it in writing, that is the only way we can track things and if we have an issue with our maintenance department we want to know about it. you can email *************************************************** if you get no results in the portal
