      I signed a contract on 9/2/22 w/ ***************************** for work to be done on my roof/siding and gutters. was told at that time work would begin w/in ***** days. no response until 10/5 and was told he was working on getting a crew to my home. was told ********** would be at my home 10/19-I took the day off work to be there. No one showed up and no response from anyone via phone or txt. I have sent numerous texts and phone msgs regarding dates and either get voice mail full and/or no response to the texts. was told 10/23 by ******** they would have a siding guy at my home 10/27, informed him I would be gone to **** (he did know this in advance) Spoke w/ ******** on 11/2, he said would have siding guy at my home 11/11 and they would then start on the roof and gutters. They no showed again 11/11, ***** w/ ******** who said 11/15 would be start date. no showed again. I have left multiple phone messages and texted to advs ******** we are done, He can refund my deposit in full as he has abandoned this contract by noshowing multiple times over the past several months. My last conversation was 11/21 when I reiterated he needed to send my my deposit in full. . I have no confidence in this company or the owner *****************************. He has conpletely ignored any of my phone calls and texts.Would like your assistance please.

      Greystone Exteriors roofed my home last year and, early this SPRING during the torrential rains ******* leaked. I immediately called ********, of Greystone Exteriors, who promised to send someone out very shortly. I have called multiple times since and his voicemail is full and he doesn't return the missed calls. I've emailed with ******** regarding the leak and that summer has long passed, asking for my roof repair before the rain and snow comes. He has made excuses but that he would get ahold of me but I have had no contact from him from my last two emailed requests. This has gone on for over six months and feel I've been more than patient, I can upload our written communications if needed.

      My wife and I signed a contract in August of 2021 with ********/Greystone Exteriors to replace our siding which is literally starting to fall off our house and has since before we first met with him. He told us upon signing and giving him a $30,000 check that it would ***********-8 weeks to get materials and then we'd be scheduled and the job should be completed by the end of October 2021. Somewhere in September and October, I spoke to him and he said ********************* was having issues with filling orders and was scaling back to only producing siding to try to catch up, not trim. He said it could take some time, but they would begin producing it again by early next year. I told him that wasn't a problem, we'd wait as long as he kept in touch monthly. He answered my calls and we talked monthly for quite some time. April 2022 was the last time he answered my call. Then he just stopped answering my calls or responding to my text messages. I kept calling at least once a month and texting on occasion to try figure out where we were at. He responded to my text in June saying he had good news for me and would call me. He did call me a few days later, but it was a **** dial and I got to listen to him coaching a sport for 10 minutes before I hung up. I hardly heard from him the next couple months even via text. Two weeks ago I told him if I didn't get scheduled for install by 10/7/22, I would be forced to file a complaint and seek legal counsel. He finally text me on 10/6/22 asking when I'd be available to talk. I told him after 3 pm. He never called. He didn't call today either. My patience has run out. I want my money back and the contract canceled so I can find someone who will reside my house before there is more damage from winter weather under our decaying siding.

      Owner ***************************** has promoted his 5 star company, being accredited by BBB, and won our bid to put in a new roof and new gutters. We signed March 14 2022. We sent a check for the 50% deposit as requested for the purchase of material, which he deposited on March 17. It has been 4 months now, with texts, emails and phone calls, and no eta for roof completion. *** did not state in the contract, a time that it would be finished, however he verbally told us during the signing of the contract that he could have the roof done within six weeks of signing. Since then, *** has not made a single attempt at contacting us with updates about any specifics of the job. He has responded to about half of our attempts to reach him, with a different excuse every single time, including late material, labor shortages, spring break, out of service, medical emergency, etc. He sent us a text saying our roof would be completed on the week of the 18th, after I sent my notice of intent to file a lawsuit. He made no attempt to contact us and never showed that week. Were consulting legal advice to see if this should be considered fraud. This has been an absolute nightmare, and to top it off, were in the midst of trying to renew our home insurance and due to our old roof not being replaced, our insurance will be going up. Id rather have a roof, but at this point there is no trust with *** or his company. I can only hope we get our 12k+ money back.

      Litigation has not yet been started, however a summons and complaint form are currently drafted and ready to be sent by 08/29/2022 to file against the bond and start a lawsuit. After second and third dates were given with cancellations and no future date set yet again, we feel that litigation may be the only option, however would appreciate any assistance prior to involving our lawyer, if possible.
