I've had a storage unit with this facility for over a year only four times have I ever been within 15 minutes late of leaving the facility after 10:00 it's summertime and so the days are long and I've always tried to get out before 10:00 but they punish you without saying anything to you and say that you're breaking policy and not let you into the storage facility unless it's office hours not only that but they are more expensive than anywhere else charging me over $200 for a unit that goes in everywhere else in Yakima for under $200 and when I asked about why I was not able to get into the facility I was given an attitude and was rudely explained that I broke policy four times so they're going to punish me without saying anything to me first I don't appreciate the way that I'm treated here I'm going to I'll be moving my stuff out of here promptly and moving to another facility that is more reasonably priced and doesn't have attitude like I get from these employees they act like it's a burden on them when they've never once had to come unlock me or get me out so where's the penalty because as far as I understand if they had to come let you out that was the problem not being a few minutes late they treat me very rudely this company is all about just making money they don't care about customer service whatsoever they spend so much money on cameras that they overcharged the customer I called and tried to get this resolved and was given nothing but attitude here it is 812 in the morning and I can't get in for another hour so I just wasted my gas in my time driving over here I would understand if I wasn't allowed past 6:00 or 10:00 p.m. but to not let me in until the office is open I'm sorry I don't need a babysitter I'm an adult and I've paid way too much money to these people to store my stuff here for them to treat me like this
