On 2/12/22 I purchased a membership for $1795.00 from Vacation Dreams Unlimited previously know as Five Start Resorts Travel Club(same owner, *********************). He said I would be getting a 7 day stay at Pueblo Bonito in Los Cabos, MX. When I called to make arrangements I was told I would be getting 2 nights at a low quality hotel and could not upgraded. Also the contracts states I have 7 days to get a full refund but ***** did not provide me with my login ID/Password until 8 days later, therefore I was not able to see what this membership provided. After logging in and calling and speaking to several concierges this membership was not providing me with what ***** promised I would be receiving, which was approx. 30 % savings. In fact they could not provide lodging for my family of 24 that would be traveling to *******************. I called ***** and requested a refund and explained the reasons why I was requesting a refund he then became very angry and told me to stop calling him and that he no longer would be taking my phone calls. I then texted ***** and explained I would be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau is when he agreed to meet with me. On 3/19/22 I submitted a refund request in writing. On 3/21/22 I called ***** regarding my refund request, he stated I would be getting a full refund with 21 days. On 4/20/22 I texted ***** inquiring about the refund he said they had not received it yet and to stop texting him. I then replied telling him I would contact him on 4/30/22. I called him on 4/30/22 and ***** become very angry and said he did not have the money because the company was not doing well and hung up. I then texted him and explained I just wanted my money back because he had lied and mislead me. He responded saying "you have a contract you signed, read it!" I can provide Better Business Bureau with documents if needed. ********************* intentionally lied and promised me a a two-bed room suite in Pueblo Bonito (7 day stay) to get me to buy.
