I have supporting documents from the copyrights office Registration PAU003140763 that my game, text, illustration and register 5/15/2007 and a letter was written to Wild Tangent *** on 2007. It has been stolen the game ************* Helper and the name has been changed to different names. Wild Tangent had used other gamers business to change the name of ************* Helper and disregarded the general copyright and had infringed on my copyright. Last game of Wild Tangent had released a game on 5/1/2022 and the game is called *******************. My game was changed to *****'s Salon and was released after my copyright two months later by ********** The year after Wild Tangent contacted Game House and another game called *****'s Luxury Edition was released on 2008 and the following year the same business Game House released *****'s Salon on 2009. ********* had released the same year 2009, *****'s Spa. Real Networks release the same game *****'s Spa on 2011. ********* had released *****'s Studio Premium on 2010. Game House and Real Networks had released *****'s Salon Luxury Edition on 2011. Game House had released *****'s Quick Clip on 2011. Game House and Real Net Works had released *****'s Salon Beauty Secrets on 2017. Game House had released *****'s Salon: Kiss and Make-up on 2018. Wild Tangent had partner with other game companies and had infringed upon my copyright and selling copyright material without my consent. Wild Tangent had infringed on my copyright and intellectual property material knowingly and without caring. I want my royalties for the last two years. My game ************* Helper was infringed upon my copyright and I was not paid for my royalties. I could only go back two years by law. I want a refund check settlement and future royalties.Initial Complaint

Wild Tangents has issued second charge of $39.99 today on our credit card, although we attempted to cancel our subscription after having paid in May. This is under my wife's account. We received no calls nor other contact from this vendor stating there is still an active subscription, despite our best efforts. We will be disputing this charge with our credit card vendor.Business response

I have been a customer of ********************** games for many years and had no problem with them until about three years ago. I have purchase several games from wildtangent which as of about three years ago this company would not let me play. When I would go to wildtangent library to the games that I already paid for there would be a blue circle above the game that read "purchase game. I have tried to resolve this problem with wildtangent many times but have gotten no results. I would like this problem taken care of and my money refunded to me or this company shut down.Initial Complaint

I purchased several games from Wild Tangent; I have some medical issues and wanted games, books, videos etc. to help pass time during treatments. With two of the games, "Christmas Wonderland 4" and "Christmas Wonderland 5". initially worked correctly and after a bit I would get an error code. I went on the Support tab to ask that they either correct the game or return my money. It took THREE emails to Wild Tangent Support before the replied. They gave me several tasks to perform to (hopefully) take care of the issue. I would follow the directions and contact "*****" and told her nothing had changed, Brilliant person that she obviously is, asked me what actions I had taken to correct the issue. I instructed her to check HER EMAIL TO ME to find out what actions I had taken. After 2-3 weeks "*****" told me that since the issue came up AFTER I HAD PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED THE **** THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I questioned, asking her how and why I would be ae to know the future in order to know which downloads would work and which would not. She told me that she was proud to be working for this organization and there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO! Please-please-please do NOT purchase anything from this provider; unless of course you are psychic and would know which games would work and which would not. Hi there we have 2 accounts and did not realize it and i wanted to merge the accounts customer support said its not possible ive spent alot of money on your games, and its takes too much time to sign in with the 2 accounts, thats own the games to play please help me merge my accounts, this is very upsetting, please help me customer support was not helpful.my 2 emails are ******************* and ************************ i would like all games merged to ************************ can you please escalate this issue best regardsBusiness response

IN APRIL OF 2021 I PURCHASED THE CUBIS GOLD GAME FROM WILDTANGENT WEBSITE. AFTER DOWNLOADING THE GAME, I WAS UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME ANY MORE. I PAID FOR THIS WITH MY DEBT CARD AND I HAVE PROOF THAT THE MONEY WAS ACCEPTED. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT TALK OR GIVE A PHONE NUMBER. I WANT MY GAME. THE ONLY WAY OF COMMUNICATING IS BY EMAIL AND THE EMAIL IS A STANDARD ANSWER EMAIL. YOU CAN NOT NOT GET ANY HELP AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT HELP WITH THE GAME INSTALL OR ANYTHING. I AM UPSET THAT THIS IS ALLOWED. I WANT MY GAME AND I DO NOT WANT TO JOIN THIS WEBSITE CLUB. IT IS STUPID TO PAY $9.99 FOR THE GAME AND THEN I HAVE TO JOIN AND PAY $7.99 EVERY MONTH TO PLAY THE GAME I PURCHASED.Business response

Sorry to hear about the challenges you are experiencing with WildTangent. After researching your account, let me provide some additional details:
- we have received 3 customer service inquiries from you since May 2021. Customer service has responded to two of them, requesting additional information from you, which we haven't received any response. The last CS inquiry was received today and we've yet to respond. All correspondence is via email.
- we see that Cubis is purchased and valid on your WildTangent account. It appears however that the game has yet to be installed on your computer to play the game. We'll respond to the recent customer service inquiry with instructions how to install the game and the required WildTangent Games App.
- you are able to play all purchased games without being an active monthly member. wild Membership is *not* required to play purchased games. Sorry for the confusion with this.

I had bought alot of games from you guys in the past including the backups cds, that you guys no longer offer when i try to download the games more then half are missing and few are seeable and i tried installing using unlock code or backup disk it did not work, with disk was only free trial and unlock code says its already redeemed to my account but i can't see even support confirmed it was tied to my account please look into and customer support is not really helping and please reach out to me with a resolution to my issues im escalating this due to support not able to figure out what going on.Business response

We did receive an inquiry from you to WildTangent **************** on Saturday August *******. We have been conversing in the **************** email back and forth for a few days now, including the latest responses today Wednesday August 18 2021. From the information you have provided, we have investigated and determined you have created multiple WildTangent accounts. Each different account can have different games, it will depend on what was installed and purchased on each WildTangent account. This information was communicated to you in the **************** ticket.
Our systems use email address as the primary identifier when creating a WildTangent account. If you log into the appropriate WildTangent account with the correct email, you will find all your games. So far we have identified two separate WildTangent accounts with different email addresses used. You may have additional WildTangent accounts but we're only aware of the two based on the information provided.
Please continue to work with WildTangent **************** and we will assist you as best as we can.

I am rejecting this response because: they have yet to get back to me, i dont remember making a second account i provided the name and billing address attached to it, anyway to transfer the games to ************************ account i truly don't remember making another account
