Horrible. Ive gone two days with no hot water for two days. Management has done nothing to help. Car was broken into. They claim they have cameras but always out of service when needed. Staff is useless and unprofessional. No one is helpful.

I would give Icon property management 1 star. The reason being that they dont do any managing for Westgate Apartments. We live in a building that needs a lot of care and repair work, both in apartments and outside. Many tenants have submitted work orders that have been ignored, which isnt legal. Many apartments are not finished and tenants have to live with half a** repairs if any at all. Emails and phone calls go unanswered by them. We have black mold in some apartments, gutters are full and some leak down building sides and get into apartments. Many outside lights do not work. We have older people living here and that is a huge safety factor and liability. The last manager/ handy man was here only a few hours a week and didnt see to repairs. We dont have emergency phone numbers posted by front door. Leases have not been kept current. Many tenants have not received them at all. They raised some rents without informing tenants ahead of it. These are only a few of the issues we have dealt with living under icons management at Westgate Apartments in *******

Not doing their job Icon Real estate has been negligent in the managing the Westgate Apartments I have liv** her for more than 2 years. the original manager Pass** away so we had a temporary manager. ***** fill** the position and she and her husband also live at the apartments. we had a maintenance person nam** ** who was let go in march. in may 2023 ***** was given 1 day notice to vacate the managers office they hir** ****** a** new manager/maintenance person. this is were the problems lye. Several people have had Repair orders over 6 months and nothing has been address**. it ranges from electrical problems to jobs only being 1/2 done. I have had an issue with the person who lives below me. they have the bathroom fan on 24/7 and they smoke cigarettes and marijuana in apartment which fills my bathroom with the smell. I have contact** ******* who works for Icon She has never email** or call** me over this matter. I met ****** in May and ask** him to please talk to ******* the only thing that happen** was everyone receiv** notice the Westgate apartments is a no smoking building the fan continues and the person is still smoking. most of the tenets fill Icon is neglecting this property ****** the new manager ****** is hardly ever here and when he is he sneaks in and stays a few minutes we ne** a on site manager since this is a 55 and over apartment. very frustrat** please help.
