As a surprise to my sister-in-law who was caring for her daughter undergoing breast cancer treatment in *******, I ordered and paid for two *************************** Cellular shades. One, light filtering in the Living Room and one, room darkening in a bedroom. I learned recently that the blind in the bedroom is not a room darkening shade. I contacted the company by phone on 7/8/22 (************) to report. I was told they would have the designer (***********************) contact me. ********************************************************** After not being contacted I sent ***** an e-mail on 7/13/22 and then a follow-up on 7/21/22. Still no response. Called the company again on 7/25/22. Still no response. Attachments include written Quote # **** and front and back of paid check dated October 7, 2021 in the amount $1,285.46.Business response

Greetings,
I have contacted this customer and have resolved the situation. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Reason for ***** not responding to customer is because he went into the hospital for brain surgery and has not recovered. I was unaware of the situation until today.
