    On September 30,2022 I put a deposit down with Puget sound entertainment of $51.08 for a bouncy castle to be delivered to my home at noon on Sunday October 30th. I received a confirmation email Thursday the 27th with contact information. There was a possibility of rain in the forecast. Friday morning at around 8:30 am I contacted the company via phone. I asked about the possibility of the rain happening and what a solution would look like. He informed me that they prefer not to set up in the rain but that they understand it is a birthday. We discussed possibly rescheduling to the Saturday before. I told him I would have to check and get back to him, he agreed. We were unable to make that work so I contacted the person I was speaking with via text at 9:32am and let him know we were still on for Sunday and would not be rescheduling. I received a second confirmation email Friday afternoon at 1:17pm. The email contained a link to pay the remaining balance of $220.25 or an option to pay cash. I responded to the email via email as it instructed informing the company I would be paying cash app on arrival. The conformation email stated they would be arriving one hour before the party to set up which was at noon on Sunday. At noon on Sunday the 30th there was not a drop of rain nor was there a single drop for the rest of the day. The bounce house did not arrive. My husband and my self called the contact number multiple times. We sent a text message as well with no response. They never showed up and have still not responded to my numerous attempts at contact via email, phone calls, and text messages. I believe my deposit should be refunded in full since the company chose not to fulfill its side of the contract. They were given multiple chances to inform me they were canceling my event and chose not to. We had 20 children counting on that bouncy house it was a disaster.
