I purchased a "1/2 off Deal" from our local radio station that was $40 for an $80 detail and oil change for our car in July. The only stipulation was to use it before January. So I booked the appointment online for 9/12/22 at 3:15 pm. My husband got there approximately at 3:00 pm. The gentleman had him pull into the "garage" where he then proceeded to say they didn't have the oil or the oil filter there so he was going to call and have it delivered. The company would not deliver it to them right away, but could in a 1/2 hour. The gentleman said no he'd go get it. So he left to go get it. When he returned he said he couldn't do the oil change as they were not insured to remove the "fabric" to do that. So he said he would do an extra indepth detailing instead. Well we didn't have a choice as I had already purchased this. So it was agreed that they would do an extra indepth detailing inside & out instead. Now its almost 3:45 and the 4:00 appointment shows up and he says to the woman that he was sorry but we were LATE for our appointment so he is running behind. Well thats a lie. So he quickly runs a vacuum and says ok we are done. To which the reply is well your not going to wash it? And he says oh you want it washed too?? Well that is what we paid for. And he said well its the 1/2 off deal right? So he runs a hose of water over the top of the car, doesnt use soap a rag nothing just runs water over it. And says ok we are done. The car if now filthy and can barely see out the windows and the interior is still dirty. Sorry we are done and had to leave............ I have the pictures. I have left messages on their website, I have emailed the email they sent to me confirming the appointment etc. Nothing. I've left them our phone numbers. Nothing
