I would like to start out by saying my 15 year old daughter asked if she could get her nails done and I allowed her to. She went in alone as I gave her permission and the nail tech then proceeded to ask my daughter how old she was and that she needed an adult to check length and design she wanted as they were speaking in there chineese language and then proceeded to still do my daughter's nails after saying they wouldn't because of her age. I spoke to them over the phone about the situation that occurred and they would not listen and hung the phone up on me. It is not okay and very dissatisfied and frustrating that they robbed my daughter of $144.00 dollars. They knew what they we're doing and it's just unbelievable.Customer response

I am asking for a refund for both reasons. Her nails we're poorly done and I had to fix them myself and she should have never been treated poorly based off her age and the kind of nails she wanted.
