After months of disturbingly inconsistent scheduling, Northwest Comm dug in my cable, despite telling me the day before they wouldn't be out that week. It is a new construction. Twice they'd marked the path for the cable. All they did was go off a utility aerial photo provided by the utility companies and never did a physical "scan" of the site. Consequently they cut through the power to my septic system. They charged me $300 in order to cut a power line that I now have to pay $1200 to repair. I know of others with similar complaints against Northwest. Their communications, scheduling and customer service is nonexistent.

On October 26th, 2021, Northwest Communications sent a service person to our rental home to deal with the intermittent internet we had been experiencing. He said he wanted to access the wiring behind a bookshelf and attempted to pull it out, causing it to fall forward, knocking a frame from the wall and breaking the bookshelf and many items on it and causing a large wine stain on our carpet. The service person took pictures and made a phone call to his office, then told us to call and discuss the damages with ************************* who signs his emails as the Plant Manager. We left a voicemail and, after no return call for 3 days, we called again asking for a Manager to call us regarding the situation. **** then called and said that he needed to get more information including talking to ServiceMaster about the carpet, that we should assemble a list of broken/damaged items and email it to him and he would get back to us. After a week, on November 5th, 2021, we had still not heard back from ****, so sent follow-up email including requested list, and asked for a claim number for the company's liability insurance. We received no response. We sent a follow-up email on November 10th, 2021, again asking for follow-up and contact and claim information for their liability insurance. On November 10th, 2021, **** responded saying that he had not yet determined that there was a claim and that someone would come by to clean the carpet. Then on Thursday the 11th of November, he said he would call on Monday. On November 15th, **** emailed saying he didn't have an invoice for carpet cleaning and would call when he had information. We sent follow-up email requesting action on November 30th, 2021 with no response. As of today, our broken and damaged items have not been replaced and there has been no contact from the company and there has been not insurance information provided for us to pursue our claim. Emails and pictures can be provided.
