Sept 21 they sent worker to my house when I wasnt home, didnt fix the issue with my water, and sent me a **** for $339.30. their address is **** miles from mine, they are charging me for milage both ways as well as travel time both ways. I will pay for the part they claim to have replaced but I am unwilling to pay for services I didn't receive, and I can't verify that they were here longer than 30 minutes, that is what my 17 y/o son who was home claims they were in my home. When I called to say it wasnt working, they told me I needed a new well dug. Got a second opinion and problem is resolved but I am sitting with a **** that I feel is not at all acceptable. Sept 28 I spoke with ***** at the desk and she said the **** stands as is.Business response

Our policy is to help the customer with their problems as best we can. In this case the technician thought the problem was resolved by replacing the blackened and faulty pressure switch. It sounds like there was a follow-up visit by someone else who replaced the pump switch. Both parts could have initially caused problems. I did not see the old pressure switch or pump control to comment on the condition. I was told by my technician that the system was very old. The part(s) failed due to age and possibly the environment they were located in.
As far as r*turning to further investigate the water system problem, my technician, who is very tolerant, did not feel safe in the unhealthy and defiled environment he was required to work in. I will not put my employee in a location that will cause them harm.
I would be willing to work something out with ******* or *****. I do not know if their water system is working. do not take this type of report to the BBB lightly and hope they will accept my apologies for any misunderstandings.
