After my initial complaint of the product being billed to my **** and not actually shipped the company has reached out and is now shipping another part that was no longer discontinued and maintaining my original pricing although this is a call center that handles most of the day-to-day calling the company themselves from Wisconsin did reach out direct to resolve my issue which has shown good faith. My only word of advice is when you are picking items ensure you read all the print and the description of your product.Review from Jeff H

Zero stars would be more appropriate! I ordered a Spike rear windshield for my YXZ1000 - only to find out after receiving it they had incorrect information on their website - it would NOT fit my machine. I confirmed this information with Spike - the model was not compatible with the 2019+ YXZ's. Now I'm having to pay shipping to send this back on my dime??? Run - don't walk from this company!Review from Trae C

Terrible customer service. They have a part number listed that is incorrect and the only way to get a refund is to take pictures if not you only get store credit. So they pretty much call you a liar and expect the customer to do the work for them on getting a correct part number. What a joke on getting a refund! I will keep my parts and throw them in the garbage before doing their job and use store credit at this place! How about you take the part I said was wrong and confirm yourself you lazy bunch of crooks!Review from Caleb R.

I usually wait to review places glad I did. I bought a few things from everything Polaris and was pleased until the new top I bought in January I waited till April 19 to unpack and put it on because of the weather being warmer to find it is to small I emailed them they quickly responded and asked for my order number and model of ranger which I sent to them then they quickly emailed to say I was over the 90 days and they didnt hear anything about it not fitting before the 90 days and thats because I waited for warmer weather so that being said they obviously have no regard for customers with issues just quickly sweep it under rug and move on to the next sale so consider this when purchasing from them because I have deleted all the next items I was going to purchase I will be getting them elsewhereReview from Paul M

Crooks! Never received item. Their eBay store is a scam. Check the reviews and go somewhere else for your parts. Terrible customer service

1) If I could rate with less than 1 star I would. I bought a Slingshot Polaris 6 months ago. I was sent a recall notice the rear wheel may fall off. Polaris will pay to have it towed to a repair shop, closest one to me is 64.7 miles away, but I have to pay to have it returned to me. The recall not my fault, I already bought the Slingshot once, yet I am being punished financially for owning it. 2) I sent 7 emails and made 9 phone call before I was able to talk to a real person. I was always told to leave a voicemail on Owner Connections with the case number and the employee handling my case would call me within 24 hrs. He/ she never called. I had to loose time and money at work over 2 weeks to find out they would do nothing for me.

I paid for a brand new 2019 Polaris highlifter ep1000 crew. Still under warranty and also purchased extended warranty. 300 miles on it now and I have what I believe is voltage regulator issues. I was told it could be mud buildup or bad regulator. I cant locate the regulator on the vehicle to clean or check it. Mud is not covered under warranty so I want to inspect the part. Contacted 3 dealerships and was told parts list didnt give location and they didnt know where it was located on the vehicle. I contacted Polaris and explained the issue. Polaris could not locate the regulator either. Then was told they couldnt give technical information such as where something is located on a vehicle they produced. This is ridiculous that no one knows where an electrical component is located on a vehicle they sell and service. Really disappointed in my 1 hour call with Polaris who couldnt even find my model Polaris without a vin#. Think before you buy speciality vehicles from Polaris.
