After owning homes for 60 plus years, we have had a lot of repairs and new construction done. This is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with from beginning to end. Beginning with Tanya, Bob and Francesco it was perfect. They were all polite and professional. The process was explained in full detail and completed in a timely and professional manner. My experience, from beginning to end, was excellent. Curt provided a timely estimate and explained the work thoroughly. Scheduling the service was simple. Work was a little delayed but was communicated effectively. Francisco was amazing. He took his time, explained the process and did an excellent job. I could tell he took pride in the work he did. I am very pleased from start to finish. The crew were very polite and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had during insulation. They laid plywood down across the lawn and no mark was left. They cleaned up like they weren't even here. I did a follow-up with questions I had for Bob, and he came over the next day and solved my concern. What great service and a Great Company to work with. When I was looking to have a basement repair done, I wasn’t prepared for the avalanche of return calls, emails and texts by business hungry salespeople. I needed a basement repair, not a timeshare. Bob from Basement Repair Specialists came out, was very straight forward and was able to assess what needed to be done without a heavy hand. The communication between the sale and the install was very complete without being buggy. Francisco was the installer and was awesome. Great communication and timely work. Very friendly guy, can’t say enough. He’s a keeper.Review from Mark W

My basement had myriad issues including a sunken driveway and a bowed, leaking concrete block wall. There wasn't going to be an easy solution to these problems. The folks at BRS arrived in a timely fashion, assessed the situation, and proposed an aggressive approach including chopping out the driveway, digging out the foundation, jacking, straightening and sealing the damaged wall, properly backfilling the hole, replacing the concrete and installing a sump pump. From start to finish the job was professional, economical and on time. I would highly recommend this company for any basement issue, large or small.

I called to get an estimate for a sump pump replacement and an appointment was quickly set up for me. I had called several other plumbers, and none set up an appointment at my home to check my current situation. All the other plumbers had simply said what brand sump pump they use and said if I wanted them to install it, to set up installation. Bob, the project manager, was very understanding of my time. He called to let me know that he would be a couple minutes late. He was very helpful and informative in explaining the different options available and what he would recommend. He spent over an hour at my house and was very personable and knowledgeable. The install hasn’t been done yet (I will be setting up the install in the next few weeks), but if the installers are as professional as Bob, I will be very pleased. I am very happy with the service I have received.
