We have a recall on part(s) on an elevator we own that is manufactured by Waupaca. The local company we use to service us on ***** Island ** is ESC Elevator. ESC told us about the recall last spring and after trying to fix it, told us that we needed to go to Waupaca. We had a few phone calls with ******************* at Waupacua and he was to be figuring this out for us. He then quit returning our calls and subsequently, we forgot about the issue. We were throwing a wedding, there was Covid . we had lots of company, ect. When I called Esc about two months ago about a problem we are having with the elevator, they were not ready to help and I decided to call another repair place. He ( the other repair place) said he could not touch the elevator because it was under recall. He also suggested that ESC, having their name on the elevator as the service provider, should at least be willing to help us get it right. They (ESC), are completely passing it off on Waupaca. After many failed attempts, to reach *******************, I think the owner, I finally spoke to him. He said he would have ** at ESC fix the problem. ESC said ** would not be fixing the problem. This is exactly what happened in the spring. I t takes forever to reach him, he tells us something, passes it off on ESC and then nothing happens. ESC passes it right back off. Now I cant reach him again. I leave messages and no return or no one answers. What should I do?
