    On 10/27/2021, BBB sent a letter to Gunbusters regarding a detected pattern of complaints. These complaints pertain to consumers stating they have purchased items through Gunbuster's website, paid for the item(s), and never received them. Consumers also state that repeated attempts to contact Gunbusters for assistance with these issues have been unsuccessful. 

    As of 11/19/2021, BBB has not received a response to this letter.

      September 9, 2021 I ordered a decanter set from Gun-Busters.com. I emailed a set of custom images to be etched on to the glassware. December 22, 2021, I emailed support to get an update on the product. I received a reply March 25, 2022 stating that they were experiencing supply chain issues and that they should get through the backlog in about 6 weeks. August 17 I sent a follow up email and have not received a reply.

      On May 27 2022, I placed an order for The Minimalist Set with a custom engraving of the insignia for the ****** Berkeley. My credit card posted the charge on May 28.I have made multiple attempts via email requesting confirmation and information confirming my order and requested a timeline for completion of my order.All of my requests have gone unanswered and ignored. They will not respond to any email. They took my money and then ghosted me.

      I purchased a replica shell with decanter and rocks glasses ************** set. Order #****, placed on 28 March 2022, for $294. I received a confirmation email for the custom artwork and was told I would receive the product in May. It is now June 1. I have attempted multiple times to contact the business via their email and via the phone number provided by the BBB. I have received no response, and the only phone number I can find says the Voice-mail had not been set up.

      I ordered their product on June 28, 2021 for the amount of $284. The product was very popular at the time and the expectation was approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. I tried following up with the company via email and phone in September 2021 and received no response. I followed up again in October via email and phone and received no response. I received a phone call in December 2021, from ********, **, advising the company was unable to get a specific drinking glass I had originally ordered and asked if I would accept a different style. I said I would accept the other option. I was advised the product would be shipped within 3 weeks.It is now April of 2022 and I am again unable to reach anyone with the company via phone or email and have received no response and no refund. However, There is still an active website allowing people to order their product, pay for it, and never receive it.

      Last December 3rd 2021, I purchased online $274 a military memento of a Navy five inch projectile. Inside of it it houses a decanter and two specially marked glasses I asked for a emblem on them. I have been trying to get a hold of them, but no contact back. Phone numbers of ************ and ************, nobody never answers. Looking for help to get shipment or my money back. Thanks

      I placed order number **** on February 6 2022. It has now been over a month with no response. I have on several occasions attempted to contact both Gunbuster and shopify with no response. At this point I am just looking for a refund of $274.00. This is what was taken from my account on February 7th 2022.

      I ordered a product for $284 on 9 Nov 21 and followed up for additional info 10+ different times and never received a response. I never received the item. I attempted to contact the business through email, help option on their website, ********* contacting them via phone, and even called a business located next to them in ********* for additional info. The business never responded, never provided a product and has not refunded my money.

      I spent $274 on August 6th 2021 to purchase a product from this company. I was told I'd receive it no later than that December. It is now February and ive made many many attempts to contact the company with not a single response. There is no way for me to get my money back or receive the product. I've also tried contacting Benshot which is the supplier of some of the shot glasses the use and they claim gun buster is a legitimate company however are unable to contact them.

      I placed an order in July 2021 for an item to be produced and shipped in November 2021. The company's order # is ****, and I paid $270 for the order. The company did not ship the item as promised and has failed to respond to multiple attempts to reach them by email. All phone numbers I found for the company are not in service or go unanswered. Initial research on the ** Sec of State web site indicated persons involved with this company also own/operate BenShot, LLC. I suspect the person(s) involved in operating these companies used funds from Gunbusters sales to operate other businesses. I request assistance in obtaining a refund from GunBusters. I request

      I purchased The Minimalist set with personalized glasses and decanter as a retirement gift for a close friend that is a Colonel in the ** Army. I placed my order and paid $274.00 for the item back in August 2021 through Sezzle, sent the jpeg images for the custom engraving, and never heard anything back from Gunbusters **** I have sent several emails inquiring about my order but have not had a response from them. I also opened a complaint with Sezzle but have not had any luck with getting my money refunded.
