A few years ago I wanted to buy a house, my bank pulled my credit score and said they couldn’t help me…so my realtor referred me to Pam. Pam pulled my credit report and went through it with me, she explained to me what was on it and what needed to be fixed in order to get a mortgage. I had an old judgment that was paid off but never reported as paid off to the court. Took care of that and was able to get a mortgage. Pam walked me through every step, was in contact with me throughout the process. She even took my calls with all my little questions that I’d come up with from time to time. The whole time she kept me in the loop and up to date with what was needed and what was happening. Last year I was looking to buy a different home and knew right where to go for my mortgage. Pam helped every step of the way. The entire office was friendly and helpful. You can really tell that they care about helping people. My favorite things about mortgage nerds were the professionalism, their ability to explain things without making you feel dumb, their knowledge and expertise, and the fact that they were just as excited as me to get into my new home. Since using them I’ve referred several friends and family members who have had nothing but great things to say also. I am glad to have found the mortgage nerds! Thank you Pam!
