My 18 year old son ***** bought a used car from Bergstrom ****** in Appleton December 30th.2015 Hyundai Sonata 4d VIN/Serial Number ***************** Our salesman **** was very nice and assured us buying from Bergstrom would be easy, no need to call anyone but him if something went wrong. Appleton is about an hour and a half away from us in ********, we were assured we could bring the car to any Bergstrom as ******* is closer.Shortly after that on Thursday Jan 11, a check engine light came on flashing for an engine issue making the car non drivable I called **** and he was not available, so I contacted **** in Service and he towed the vehicle to Appleton for service.I also spoke with *******, as **** was not available.I inquired about the refund policy as advertised. He spoke with his sales Manager and advised it was not an option?Monday Jan 15th it was fixed and we drove up to pick the car 2 days later on Jan 17th check engine light came on for another issue.**** sent a driver with a rental car and picked up our car for service I again spoke with ******* about the refund and issues we have had, if Bergstrom would buy the car back, he again checked with his sales manager and no.**** called this morning Monday January 30th to let us know the car is ready and he would send a driver. I called back at 11:17 am this morning. **** had to leave for the day, but **** the service manager would arrange delivery.We received the vehicle that day 2-10-24 We have the knock sensor flashing check engine light again! Vehicle is in limp mode and will not accelerate or go over 60 mph I left a message for service manager but have not received a call.I called now and every manager is in a meeting til noon??I need a call back today and this issue resolved today! ******************************* ************ Sent from my iPhoneBusiness response

damaged my vehicle upon delivery, there were double the miles on it when it arrived, you messed up the pricing and didnt give me the discount that was agreed upon, messed up the financing and never had my current loan settled (I have texts stating thats what Id like instead of trade-in kwnoing id be upside down by 2k salesman agreeing to that and he very much knew that because in person and on the phone stated Id be upside 2k and he also made the statement that happens all the time youre fine when he saw I was originally annoyed with not coming out even, entered my information wrong to which I had correct and it still didnt get fixed which is what caused some of these issues to begin with, finally got a call to schedule repair after weeks and couldnt get schedule for over a month on the damage their company caused and lastly when I called to tell them all this and ask how theyre going to fix the 9k mistake and 2k damage repair and the discount difference he stated he would be talking to the people involved and getting back to me by the end of the day. Upon taking to the manager the options I have are trade my car in and re-write the contract for a 3rd time, give the car back and walk away or keep both vehicles leaving me to find yet another 9k to pay off the old car (which I had to as I sold it already which is why I was paying cash not trading in which they knew as I have texts to the salesman to prove. I am out a total of 16k and they told me too bad. I was asked to lie on survey, when I said I wouldnt I was threatened by not one but TWO mangers and they said if you want us to help you dont do that when I called them out for the threat and said so you wont help if I tell the truth they then said the same thing but rephrased it. Imagine threatening to not help someone if they tell the truth, this location is atrocious. *** made calls and sent emails and all have been ignored. Theft, deceit and atrocious.Business response
